The Elkhart County Regional Sewer District helps facilitate utility services for those living or working outside the county’s incorporated areas. The district is authorized by the state of Indiana to help provide for the collection, disposal, and treatment of sewage. The district contracts with area municipalities for treatment services, and provides the infrastructure necessary to connect the unincorporated areas we serve.
